Kitchen extension and garage conversion.

This ambitious project involved the demolition of the existing conservatory and lean-too and the erection of dual lantern extension, linked to the detached garage with roof space conversion. As the owners were to remain in residence throughout the project a temporary kitchen was installed in what was to become the snug.

As the project proceeded we provide recommendations that  include the leveling of the rear garden with the excavated spoil and incorporating a spiral wine cellar which makes a wonderful feature .
