Remodelling Project

We were originally appointed to carry out a full building survey to enable our Client to assess the potential and likely cost of an extension and refurbishment of the property prior to purchase.Following the decision to proceed, we were appointed to design and manage the complete project. The brief was to transform the 1950s building into a period style cottage.

Meetings with the Client enabled us to create the specification and prepare the detailed plans in line with their exacting requirements. We gained planning permission for the project and appointed our suppliers and contractors who worked closely with the Client’s own selected specialist suppliers.

 We ultimately managed every aspect of the project and completed it to the customer’s satisfaction, within their timeframe.

We have recently been engaged to design and build fitted furniture in oak that will complement the internal theme while achieving maximum use of the available space.
